The Aguirre Division of JBS International provides innovative solutions for workforce development. We assist businesses; local, State, and Federal government agencies; and nonprofit organizations with their most challenging workforce-related needs. We help educators access and use workplace information for contextual learning. With staff working around the globe, we provide services that are both culturally and linguistically sensitive. To help our clients deliver services and products to their customers, membership base, and the general public, we apply our knowledge of and expertise in labor market information, emerging occupations, skill analysis, competency models, the Occupational Information Network (O*NET), human resources, project management, pilot tests, focus groups, and online applications to fulfill customer requirements.
